Jared: "I beg your pardon Mr. X but I've built this company from the ground up and I don't need your help to continue a steady and consistant growth curve here...! Look, without you guys what have I got? I'll tell you what I've got... A 2 hundred million dollar company offering the hottest commodity around right now in Green Technology and in an industry what will prove to be the most important focus that this world will have in years to come... I mean , really Mr. X... What on earth does a Enormous corporation like yours want with a little company like mine anyways? Mr X: "Jared, I like you... You're right... however you're turnkey for us and that's what we're willing to pay for... Jared: "Well, far be it for me to question the motives of your gigantor company sir but This company means an awful lot to me... Mr. X " Come on Jared, you're a young man... With a deal like this you'll be able to either stay and help us guide with your vision or go off and jump into your next project and maybe sell it to us in a few years... ? How about this... we'll give you a little more per share, a dividend payout to shareholders and a nice exchange for shares of our company..."
Jared "Ok, Mr X... If you could give me the equivilant of .40 cents per common share... I'd consider making this happen for all of us. but I need to reach that number... How about you give me .20 per share and you retire the initial 300 million shares, pay a one time dividend of .10 to all common shareholders and give us a 1 for 10 exchange with your company?"
Mr X: "Listen you little snot nosed &*$!...! don't start getting greedy!
Jared : "The carbon credits you're gonna get in the first year because of us alone will cover the 1 time dividend sir I'm not being greedy - As a matter of fact the pure financial gain that you'll get from employing our technology will make you a company of your size a hefty sum annually! Besides with these contracts in place it puts you into a much better light around the world, With the way your Public relations team can spin the vision of your enormous chemical company the PR ALONE is worth at least .05 a share sir!"
Mr X: "Jared I like the way you think. you're right there is great value in a perception... ... ... ... Let me think about this for a minute... Ok what if we give you the .10 dividend plus a 10 for 1 share exchange based on the price of $10.00 a share that our company was trading at during the initial offering and I'll give you the .10 a share for the common shares and I'll throw in the .05 a share for the carbon equity that you guys bring to us... "
Jared: "Sir, I'm not sure if your calculations are correct... that's only a .35 value a share. I'm sorry but you've got to give us equal value on the exchange for your share price as it trades today and I'll make this deal happen... Oh and I want to remain as president of the EESO division and have full use of the R&D that your company can afford me..."
Mr. X: " Jared, I think you've got a deal... let me just run this past my people and we'll give you a call on Monday OK?"
Jared: "that's great Mr X... I think you're getting a steal here... Talk to you next week"
