Food for thought...PRs (at least usually) cause movements of the PPS...positive PRs are and should always be manipulated for extreme effect. Wouldn't waiting for Earth Day make the most common sense to throw out a big PR for a green company? Seems to me to be the most plausible explanation for the lack of PRs.
