MISSLEADING PROMOTIONS BY THE COMPANY TO EFFECT THE PPS IS FRAUD As you should well know Mike, The SEC investigates and when the LAW has been broken they turn it over to the FEDS. Sorry you did not know that. But once Moaning is found out to have misslead the shareholders with FALSE AND MISSLEADING PR's to effect the Price of the shares he will get whats due him. Geeeez BLDV and Moaning are FRAUDs in ny book. Guess only an insider would only know different and be able to state that as a FACT? GLTY
