To bring more attention to this stock by expanding the means for the circulation of information and conducting meetings with investment firms and brokers requires additional expense which the company has not been willing to incur.

As a result, this stock is trading at a slower pace and with a more limited audience as a result of management's current budgetary restrictions in the IR department. The business is growing very well and this should soon be reflected in more interest and a new price level for the shares as funds are made available.
