It just adds to the drama.

Now more bashers will appear telling people that there is no hope, blah blah blah blah blah.


If they lost money on Washington Mutual Inc shares, then they shouldn't have sold, plain and simple.

They are already trying the "risky lending" lawsuits and $hit like that, but class actions and claims based on similar reasoning will be shot down.

It is still ridiculous to see a $38 Billion claim. It seems to fit in pretty well to the overall case.
