I would not make your argument because I would lose my relationship with the jury when IDCC had to testify how much they have spent buying shares back which would make me look like an idiot arguing economic duress. Add to that, Nok was a 3g licensee up until the end of 2006. You cannot give your opponent ammo to shoot at you. You are going to claim duress and Nok is going to show the bonuses given to the employees because of the licensing accomplished the last 3 years. You need to jump back into the real world.
