Oh Thank you mrmark! for Dell patch info!

I have a Toshiba laptop that jumps ahead by leaps and bounds..with restarts, etc.
(gotten used to it, however - )
But, I've been really confounded with Dell 8200/Xp time warps.
The NEW machines are supposed to behave, right? Wrong.
