Mataras is some sort of a software geek and has his own software company of sorts. I don't remember much details of his other activities, but his background has been posted somewhere. The one and only time I spoke with him via his cell phone number, he stated that he had "people" working on Telnyx's software to update and get it ready for marketing again. And that they were still in communication with HP regarding possible contracts.
TPK has inferred that the software has surveillance capabilities, btw. Which, according to his cryptic statements, is why the company has been subject to so much stock/financing manipulation by interests linked to Isreal and the middle east. :-/
