You don't have even a tiny clue what is in the Intel/AMD License Agreement. You should at least read the Agreement before you offer opinions on the meanings of the License.

If Intel cancels the Agreement because of a breach by AMD, then AMD loses its license and Intel keeps its license for AMD's patents.
