DVD mailed back about 2 weeks ago but it still shows as being "checked out" in my queue. Mailed back the 1st game last week and it's already removed from my queue. I'm still waiting for "Master & Commander"...queue shows shipped 6/17 but the CS lady said it's on order.

I'm still waiting for my 1st email reply...
