Starting around 5:50 of the March 3 video blog, Greg said that there were some acquisitions (plural) that he was talking to a few (few? 3?) people about and that he thought they would have already been done by now, but they had to wait until they had all the paperwork.
So yes, I'm thinking those added restricted shares bought AT LEAST 2 acquisitions.
