I can pass this on... he thinks audited financial's are an unnecessary drain of valuable time and funds for young companies on the move.

Pinkies like EESO don't need audited financial's to be transparent. If they 'desire' to be transparent, they need only file quarterly's along with Current Reports (8-K's) that cover material events. Shareholders that don't trust their info have a choice to go elsewhere.
