Rock,

How bullish are you that ACTC will free up the capital to satisfy the financing they have recieved with their merger and fed funding?

I have to say that i am bullish right after the EO. I think we will see increased volatility but a higher floor for PPS after that. I feel pretty strongly after talking to IR twice (i spoke to them yesterday as well regarding the lawsuit, of which he had no knowledge) that ACTC's financial focus is on cleaning up their balance sheets, and all moves made by the comapany seem to point in that direction as well.

You thoughts?
