PurchasePro-PPROD-to Trade Under Temporary Post-Reverse Split Symbol

LAS VEGAS, May 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) PurchasePro (Nasdaq:PPRO) said today that it will trade temporarily under the stock symbol PPROD on the Nasdaq National Market System from May 15, 2002 until June 11, 2002, following its one-for-five reverse split for shareholders of record on May 14, 2002. The company said that the new CUSIP number assigned to post-split shares is 746144302.
