Good find,

It says the reason is federal question. Maybe they are trying to force currency in filings (wild guess).
Whatever the story is this Alpha capital is sue happy. They have 8 open cases of suits in NY southern district court alone in the last 18 months. Looks like they sue anybody they invest in. That could be their angle. Thats one reason to refer to it as toxic financing.

I am less worried now that I see their cases are still open from as far back as Oct 16,2007. That being the case I would expect that it will be a long time before it effects us.
