"Mr." Raphel Huppe and ECT have almost a million in "back bills" not including what it costs him monthly to stay "alive" and nevermind the fact that I think he is taking everything he can out of this for what I believe will be his next set of BS ideas (thats probably where Mr. Guy Paul comes in).
People have stated that if he was going to take everything out f the shell then why not dump harder and faster... IMO it is because he has promised so many people that EFFC would work (last summer buyers are just one small group) that if he did that I would think "Mr." Raphael Huppe would probably have some serious sleepless nights. So instead what we have here is a slow constant dump with an "I dont know what is happeneing" as an answer.

Also remember, the amount beng dumped is probably about half of what he is actually getting.
