the positives
the tech is compelling ~ from the start
i saw this *tech* being implemented
across the board by insurance co.s ~ in
addition to ~ transportation of all kinds
~ but of course it has to start somewhere

and i find the co.s ability <at this level>
to hold the a/s and o/s to a *respectable*
level ~ also positive ~

rh also fired downshire and *crew* after that
most embarrassing and *incompetently run*
CC <late july 07> ~ i've long suspected the
*incompetence* was *deliberate* ~

lastly ~ the caveats ~ where all small co.s
come into play ~ time is required to be able
to measure accomplishments ~ patience is req'd

the negatives
aligned themselves with downshire
stock was *pumped* to 70 cents
making lots of folks angry as the *twist*
was applied and the stock was shorted back down

suit with bio ~ <loss of time>

and of course <sop on this level> the manipulation
that is part and parcel ~ of daily *trades/trading*

and my real concern ~ without being an insider
is the competition ~ at some point decisions
are made ~ i've watched a co. ~ also with a
compelling technology ~ lose the advantage
~ due to indecisiveness ~ time and internal
issues ~ seamless doesn't happen in a q or a yr

if one trades ~ there is a clear *pattern* with
effc and if one *invests* ~ ditto ~ i learned a
lesson years ago ~ to dollar cost avg shares over
the year ~ so my tax lots ~ aren't in one lump *total*
i also almost always buy when others are selling ~
usually friday afternoons after 3:30~

the real trick is to find co.s that have legitimacy

and let them succeed on a realistic time frame ~

there is a reason i give almost every co. <this level>
3 to 5 years ~ that said .. imo we are due *news*

whether it's a jv/uplist to tsx/af's/shaw or any other
contract ~ we're due ~

i have my own time frame ~ exit strategy ~ if one of the
above isn't mentioned over the coming q's ~ and most of
the longs ~ are familiar with it ~

best advice given to me <as an investor> is to access
real time level 2 ~ so the patterns are discerned ~
