Money market/Market makers... Basically the thugs with big money that can swing these kinds of stocks really hard. They get away with it on the pinks because its not regulated, check out what happened to RCCH, they shorted that down to .0001. Hopefully that wont happen here, i have a modest amount of shares that i wont be letting go of for a while.
