I know how you feel fivestar. I got burned bad on another company that did the same thing on the reversesplit for no real reason. But SOLM is worth the fight. To much money is involved to the average shareholders to not fight.We are talking billions of dollars plus futuring liecensing and sells ect This is never ending. The more Toyota waits the bill to SOLM gets bigger by the year.
Perhaps in the future after SOLM wins from Toyota on this case and more cases to come on other cars in USA ect and the world plus the illegally liecensing to other car companies.
This is a never ending of future cases to come.
We can group up and petition a federal law so this kind of reverse split (when you are able to vote and some companies you are not allowed to,) wont happen to other shareholders on different companies who does reverse splits super unfairly that kills the average American shareholder and does not affect the insiders of that said company of penny stocks. I read and see this happens alot and I believe this needs to be changed with a Federal law. I'll bet President Obama will sign it once its professionally done.
