Janice that is usually true. But if you read the email exchange you'll see that the first person gave the pat answer for how they coded the shares. ie. reorg etc. When I pursued the question I got the correct answer. You'll note that not the same person responded but the question was escalated apparently and they responded with their full name.

For the person's sanity I did not post it online. lol.
