Why is a PIPE necessarily quicker than a deal? If the deal is imminent, it requires the same signatures as a PIPE, no more or less. If you really knew that a PIPE was in place, you wouldn"t trumpet it on a message board. Bottom line- your guess, right or wrong, is just that.
