This seems like such a down to earth operation too. They will actually talk to you and personally call you from time to time! That is not normally my experience. I'm sure things will change when they get bigger. Right now, I feel like they are transparent enough for me and I am happy if they watch their backs with this technology.... could you imagine what kind of damage a copy cat could do?
