Hi Leigh. Can you elaborate as to why you think the CEO got bad advice?

Also, that early to mid January was for the filing right? Nothing in writing was issued by the company on that timetable. Didn't most of the smart dd people here decide that the company would not announce due to SEC concerns when they made the filing and would only announce when approved?
