So in summary, what we appear to have here in puro is a company spun off of a former company that was suspended and delisted with some of the former officers still in the game, pr'ing that they are doing business with another company that has been suspended for noncompliance with securities laws that is also involved with another company with a history of securities violations. hmmm.. I wonder if this is a case of birds of a feather... I think I'll pass and just observe for educational purposes. good luck to all here. It looks like they'll need it.
