relaxed, your advice is good. Unfortunatly not everyone possesses the abilities, the no-how nor has the time to perform the DD required to discover that which some may wish to remain hidden.
It has taken me hours upon hours of searching to discover the info which has allowed me to form the afore mentioned opinion.
(a)Public filings on pinksheets for 'American Scientific Resources' lack any real deatail or information.
(b) read all public press releases. not always reliable
(c) investor relations, not an entity of the company and may not be without bias
d) Contact anyone else you feel can give you reasonable advice
