1. and 2. Right now we do not know exactly who owns what. Urban was responsible for acquiring the rights to a HUGE acreage. That is a fact. To whom they were transferred to we just do not know yet. UCA and KPG are also players at F A L C. There will be a lot of deals that will be shown to us soon.
3. That statement is unequivocable BULL SH** by you !!!!! There is no way that Shore or any other company would run their best stuff through a brand new test mill first. These mills all take a tune up period to get the 'bugs' out and the efficiency up.
