Yes it's closed. Just the contracts signed gives this company a valuation of $3 a share. Everyone needs to understand we are not just expecting these new products to hit a shelf and hope they sell....the key is that they are tied to performance contracts....thus the $3 a share valuation is real....you will see soon.
