Cert pulls have been tried by dozens of companies. They've never worked. People ordered their certs, and got their certs.

Forward splits have been tried; name, ticker, and CUSIP changes have been tried.

People always get their certs. Now why d'you think that is?

Part of your position in CMKX could be naked shorted shares. You have no way to know that unless you ask for the certs...
