The company came out of bankruptcy in 2007 (WITHOUT wiping out the shareholders) and is now going ahead full steam with sales of its insulation based clothing products, especially the Arctic Armor line. In addition, IVDN recently signed a licensing deal with Phillip Prince, a major fashon designer who now plans to use IVDN's materials in his line.
IVDN sales should be record setting for 2009 and the stock should walk right up when revenues start to be posted due to a very low float. The CEO of IVDN actually holds over 11 million of the 18 million total OS and a lot of other shares are held tightly by others. There may be as little at 1 million shares in the current float of IVDN so it will move when the company starts to make announcements of its sales and revenues. The next report is due by January 31st.
