Maybe they have something else planned. I guess they should have consulted you before they started this venture. Your insight could have been helpful to the company. I hope they consider this when they attempt to get that license for their venture. The stock price should soar if they over-come all these hurdles. Especially the license process. Are you allowed to get an existing license from somewhere else and use it in this new corporation. I dont know the rules ?
