Why all the grasping at straws and reading of tea leaves? No doubt manipulation of OTC stocks is rampant, and SOMETIMES a decline precedes good news and a big bump. But sometimes a decline is just a decline, just like a cigar is sometimes just a cigar. (Apologies to the Freudians among you.) Shouldn't we dispense with the handwringing and wishful thinking and accept the fact that substantial appreciation in the value of our holdings may be months, even years, away? Or, God forbid, the possibility that the stock is depressed for a reason that we, the proverbial little guys, are not aware of?
