Nope I can't I have said all along I don't know how to arrive at the rates, thats why I ask people like you.

You know it would seem easier for one to put things in plain engliish rather than have us try to read charts and graphs, and piece them together. Keep it simple and maybe I can understand it.

Thanks for your response, an if your number is accurate then IDCC is not unreasonable. Is your opinion that the $2.00 is reasonale? People want to stop the discussion of rates, but in your opinion is it reasonable to expect?
