The whole ball of financial wax is really, to coin a term, in Superflux mode.

I'm just eyeballin' anything that is pertinent to all the events swirling around these days of anxiety and turmoil due to the 'rules changing daily' as some of the financial pundits have claimed. Uncertainty is, as so often been stated, the bane of the markets.

Freddy and Fannie were the initial upsets, and the list beyond them is too numerous to mention, but now CITI is the 'upset' story of the day.

I think the most significant of Peter Schiff's prognostications may lie with the dollar.

If it would ever 'drop like a stone' as he stated, that's when the real action would be a financial liquefaction and of massive import in to how all this plays out over the next two years.
