For anyone interested, Mary Burkhart in the Maryland Bankruptcy Court is the Luminent Bankruptcy case administrator - [e-mail]. And as I previously posted the judge is Duncan Kier. I e-mailed Mary and the Maryland attorney generals' office with my concerns as well as the seemingly lack of any efforts on behalf of the shareholders. It seems strange that in all my research efforts I cannot find any evidence of a concerted effort on behalf of the shareholders to oppose the provisions of this bankruptcy. Why is that? Any thoughts or additional information anyone else has would be appreciated.
