I spoke with the IR dept and was told that the company has hired an accountant to get the books ready to become a fully reporting company,and apply for the OTCBB status.

That should take care of the "Caveat Emptor" status.

She (Kelly Black) also said that revenues for sales in Mexico are going very good.

We should have some news in the next couple of weeks with an update.
