Isn't Helen now a CEO of another company? Mike will be a part of the operation (dilution operation) and the merger will probably not even work, given all the lien judgments against WEHI and the fact they now owe past prize money and $1 million to the MDSO winning team.

I hope shareholders contacted stem and gave them the link to the numerous liens against WEHI.
