iroquois4 - i believe that when the s3 is accepted by the sec: subsequent news might reveal that edig will recieve operating capital which would ensure the continuation of its business. in additi0on it would give us the capital to acquire another synergistic company(hopefully adding a cash revenue source). the dilution of shares will be outweighed by the benefits it will provide to the company and shareholders.l
