Where are we? Where are we going?

What do you do when there is blood in the streets? Where are you when pessimism peaks? When was the last time you heard anything positive? Certainly not in the last 7 trading days.

My opinion is that wave 3 of (3) is over or nearly over. (Dow futures right now are down 230, not looking good for even "nearly". So I am way out on a limb here.)
If 3 of (3) is over or nearly so we should bounce to 1060. This will be wave 4 of (3). It will be a flat and will provide 3 nice trading opportunities.

Probably be a good idea to wait till you hear a bull snort before chasing him. If you know me very well you know what I have done.
