We can as long as we are being kept updated. Nov is just around the corner for some preliminary numbers, so all those willing to hang on as news slowly but surely filters out, will keep the ball rolling. The weekly chart is turning as well so with a slow steady climb of investors we will be playing above the 50RSI which correlates with ongoing interest and a steady climb.
