Another thing....This is really Adams first sale deal with BCND so of course there are going to be issues that come up. I think we all can agree that busniess contracts can be tedious and time consuming. Look at the pain that goes into closing when simply buying a house! I'm happy to wait...like I said before, I will retire off of BCND.......count on it!
