I bet they have a iron solid case and this past year most likely will sink ED and Carol.

To many promises and to many hundreds of millions of dollars in assets for a nothing company.That pretty well sums it up.

I say go FEDS.Make them a example.20 years each on all six counts and hopefully you can pile some more up on them.
