Yes, reading and comparing RELM and HCPC financials it seems like they are cycling assets. The BCLOC financing is new to the market and the way I understood it BCLOC works through offering AAA-rated bonds to the market for financing.

So the question is have they already offered bonds to the market and found third party buyers for the bonds???
