deadheded, one, if they sold shares they didn't have it WAS naked shorting, thats what naked shorting is. two, is it just coincidence that the company changed its name, ticker and transfer agent just before going on the list. three, we are not talking about a few shares, we talking about atleast 12 million shares, it could have been much more, we don't know the actual number. and last, I'm not saying that naked shorting is happening now, but its very possible it has happened in the past.
