everyone from the advisory board lives in canada according to businessweek. no idea how many people work for them... no sites give a number. could they contract out companies to do the drilling? it seems the people on the board are all experienced at "locating" hydrocarbon deposits... but not necessarily drilling them.
i haven't read the Q10 cover to cover. does it have anything about employees?
