IMO What we need are the CEO and officers of these small companys that are getting hammered to start raising a stink. They as a collective group may be able to put pressure on the smaller exchanges where these things are listed and get it onto the politicians agenda. Small companies are big donors to some politicians. Kramer on Mad Money screams about it on just about every show so it is out in the public.
