I have a question. On the UVSE website it states that the company owns a comoany called Powertown Line Construction. But on Powertowns web site every page has this disclaimer in red.

"PowerTown is an independently owned and operated sole proprietorship and is not affiliated with Universal Energy"

Does anybody know what that is about?
