he told me the following

a)no diluutioin the extra shares issued will be for the new company and RESTRICTED(PROBABLY FOR ATLEAST A YEAR)

B)NO REVERSESPLIT PLANNED

C)WE WILL GET DIVIDEDN IN THE NEW COMPANY

D)AND HE BELIEVES THAT WE WILL SEE .001 RIGHT AFTER THE MERGER
