sorry rusty, well the dominican republic reported no winds just some rain, it turned out that it rained like hell and blew over 60mph, fay started right over them. boat and crew was not ready for the storm, and they had to remedy that in gale force winds. thats what i was saying I hope they are ready for this one. that is imo of course. ask capt billy, for the full account. the pr they put out a week later, doesn't do them justice, hope they are surviving this time, unless they went to the dock this morning, good luck to them. if you look at the rain radar they are getting alot of rain mountains should sheild them from the winds a bit,
