i'm going by the public record, which is the latest PR we have. It says retiring 4.9b with 100m left in OS, which means total OS is 5billion. this is what I'm going with that calculation. we can debate all night long what the OS is, but as of last PR, which was only 2 days ago, this is what it is stated.
