The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to (1) extend the date and time for which White Papers are due from “07 August 2008” to “14 August 2008” and (2) provide answers to questions that have been received in response to BAA 08-018. The date and time for which White Papers are due is changed from “07 August 2008” to “14August 2008”.
